Cancellation Policy: A cancellation must be submitted in writing within 10 days of the scheduled appointment. If the client fails to do so within the appropriated time payment in full, as agreed upon in this contract, is required. Cancellations by the makeup artist due to circumstances including, but not limited to, problems affecting the makeup artist's performance of their obligations where no other suitable alternative can be arranged, a full refund of the deposit will be given to the client.
Payment: A non-refundable booking fee of 30-50% is required to secure your selected service date. Due to COVID-19 the time and date could be rescheduled to the other day if the makeup artist has available time according to limited time during one month, if not makeup artist will suggest the team to work with. Due to Covid the payment accepted as required according amount of services are in the contract. Final payment is due in full at the time of service, no exceptions. Acceptable payments are to be made via cash, check, credit card, Venmo and QuickPay with Zelle. Receipt of payment will be sent via email if requested.
